They will work with you to make sure that you will get the most out of your extension. We will also draw up any documents needed for planning permission. As well as this, we will liaise with the local authorities. This is to make sure that everything that is needed is completed before the building even begins.
Our building team can then get to work. From the initial demolition of existing buildings and digging your footings to adding any finishing touches, we will keep you updated throughout the whole job.
Our in-house workmen will lay your flooring, plaster, render, and carry out all the electrical and plumbing work. If any specialist work does need to be outsourced, we will also arrange and manage that for you.
We make sure that you are not only left with a great extension that matches the plans you draw up at the beginning of the project but that you also have a structurally great extension.
